Our principal consultant is Brenda Aynsley who is also the Director of Oz Business Partners.   Brenda has over over 20 years experience in managing projects and working with clients to achieve outcomes of value to the business.

We also call upon high calibre associates who work in their own practices from time to time to supplement our service offerings or in times of overload.

Brenda Aynsley

Brenda is an Internet consultant, IT project manager and trainer of some 20 years standing.  She is a Fellow of the Australian Computer Society (ACS) and a Certified Professional (CP). Brenda has worked with State and Federal government departments over the years and moved to the Higher Education sector in 1993 where she worked with AARNet as their first and only Customer Services Manager and for The University of Adelaide. Since 1995 she has worked as a consultant to the SME sector principally.  Her key competencies and achievement are:

  • As ACS National Vice President provided leadership and support to three National Board Directors encouraging greater participation by their committees
  • Support and guidance of ACS senior staff over the past decade

Client relationships:

  • Established contacts in early 1992 which still endure today within the ICT industry
  • Implemented a customer support system and customer service focus amongst staff
  • Maintained long term client relationships
  • Negotiated successful agreement on data set items and its collect data by health service delivery participants in a National Federal Program
  • Negotiated ongoing commitment of funds from the Commonwealth to a State administered program

  • Established regular reporting regime for both project management and data collections
  • Editor of a full colour ISSN magazine with international distribution
  • Implemented new technologies enabled by the Internet to support group activities
  • Implementation of plain English forms, letters and pamphlets within a Federal Government Agency

  • Adelaide ACS Conference Chairman of a highly successful international project stretching over 2 years and managed by volunteers
  • Planned and implemented the computerisation of a state government authority
  • Change management consultancies in the not-for-profit sector ranging over a decade

  • Successful curriculum development for the Computer Professional Education Program (CPeP) and Academic Coordinator for the ACS Professional Year Program in its earliest years
